Baktırtepe Gold Mine
Bakırtepe Plant is located 10 km southeast of Çetinkaya village in Kangal district of Sivas province.
The first gold casting was carried out on March 28, 2016 in the enterprise, which has been carrying out its production activities since 2015.
Since the beginning of its operations, a total of 93,000 ounces of gold has been produced in the enterprise. The ore produced by the open pit method is enriched by subjecting it to the heap leaching process and gold ingot is cast.
The enterprise, whose reserve development activities continue, has an annual feed capacity of 1.5 million tons.
Our team of 160 people has adopted an understanding of production in accordance with international standards in the fields of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, which are the requirements of our corporate working culture, and continues to offer value to our country`s mining. Together with our subcontractors, job opportunities are offered to 350 people.
