Vision
Our vision is to be the leader in our country's mining sector by carrying the active role we play in the Turkish mining industry to a higher level, based on the philosophy of respect for the environment and people, and to carry Turkish mining sector to the international arena with our experience dating back to 1957 and by taking strength from our human resources.

Mission
Our mission is to contribute to production and therefore to the country's economy by making use of our country's natural resources in a useful and correct way, and to make sustainable mining with a focus on the environment and people.
