  • To establish and maintain a robust Safety Culture, we have a rewarding system where all our workers are welcome to contribute to hazard identification. 
  • The “Most Successful Koç Employees” rewards program was established to recognize and appreciate achievements of the employees within Koç Group. Every year, a total of 10 projects are rewarded in 5 categories; “Makes a Difference”, “Develops Cooperation” “Creates Customer Satisfaction”, “Creative Innovator” and “Enriches Life”  for both White and Blue Collars.
