Training and Development Management

Each of our employees goes through an orientation training first and then receives safety training and appropriate technical trainings required for the title. During the work life the employee is observed through development plans inline with vocational, personal and carreer planning needs. 

In the development planning, firstly, areas for development are identified. In this process, results of either assessments (performance assessment, 360 degree competency assessment) or the job required development areas are included along with the future development areas in the development plan for the career planning. With the development needs analysis, plans are formed. 

Our Company believes that the best investment with highest profits is the one on manpower. An important amount of budget is reserved for employee training and development every year.
