Competency Management

The aim is effective use and development of manpower in terms of competencies with observable behaviours of knowledge, skills and attitudes. Once a year, competency assessment meetings are held with employees and with 360 degree assessment, the strengths and weaknesses of the employee are identified. Employees are assessed on the following 9 areas:

Performance assessment results constitute data for detection of potential workers and succession plans in Development Plan System along with the results of performance management results.
