Our Otlukilise Iron Ore Mine, where our company first started operating in the iron business, is 22 km from the Gurun district of Sivas.

We have produced over 5 million tons of ore, with limonite and hematite as the primary ore minerals. An average proven and probable reserve is 6.7 million tons of iron ore at 55% Fe grade as of year-end 2008.

As a result of state-of-the-art technology and proper business practices, parallel with facility investments, the sales opportunities of ore produced at this site have increased, with production capacity climbing to 300,000 tons annually.
