Selection and Placement
In our selection and placement process, our goal is to conduct recruiting that addresses our need for new graduates and experienced personnel by using different methods such as career Web sites, newspaper ads, cooperation with universities, participation in Career Fairs and Career Days, and consulting companies, as we place equal opportunity in the foreground. Our Human Resources department evaluates all applications. First we provide applicants with the appropriate forms and conduct testing, and then we invite certain candidates to interview with us.
Training and Development
Our company places great importance on training to address the development of professional knowledge and the skills of our staff. In this regard, training plans are created for all staff members, and the related training is conducted within the year and followed by the Human Resources department.
Performance Management
Company objectives are provided to all departments and employees. Our employees, after identifying their targets, work to achieve these goals within the year. Managers provide continuous feedback to employees regarding their performances. We ensure that our employees participate in determining objectives, evaluating performances, and creating training plans. The results of our Performance Management System is used in planning training and in determining wages for the next period.
Measuring Employee Satisfaction
We apply the Working Life Assessment Questionnaire to all our staff members once a year to identify and prioritize areas open for improvement by soliciting our employees’ opinions of the company. The questionnaires are prepared by an independent research institution. The results provide input for planning improvement activities to determine our targets for the next year.
